Exercise My Right of Withdrawal
1. Withdrawal Request
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance purchases, consumers are generally entitled to a 14-day period in which to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, the products sold by Les Archives Oubliées are digital PDF content provided immediately after purchase.
When the customer requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that this provision results in the loss of their right of withdrawal, they may no longer exercise this right once the file has been sent, downloaded, made available or otherwise made accessible.
2. Digital Products
The case files offered on the website are digital files.
No physical product is sent by post.
Once the digital file has been made available to the customer, the order can no longer be subject to withdrawal, except in the event of a proven technical issue or an error attributable to Les Archives Oubliées.
3. Before Accessing the File
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the digital file has been made available, you may contact us at:

• the case file purchased;
• the order date;
• your withdrawal request.

I acknowledge that this request may only be accepted if the digital file has not yet been sent, downloaded, made available or otherwise made accessible.
5. Processing the Request
Requests are processed within an average of 24 to 72 business hours.
If the request is accepted, the refund will be issued using the payment method used for the original order.
